The Balanced Dog Ranch is located approximately half way between Bakersfield and Los Angeles. It is conveniently situation to serve Kern, Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, including Bakersfield, Santa Clarita, Riverside, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Santa Barbara, Palmdale and Lancaster

 

Bakersfield is 45 miles and takes approximately 45 minutes via Interstate 5 to exit 205. A transit service is also available from Bakersfield to nearby Frazier Park. Information on transit options is available on the Visit Bakersfield website. Los Angeles is approximately 70 miles with a journey time of around 80 minutes.
